OUR SERVICES

Stakeholder Engagement

We work with companies to develop and document their stakeholder engagement strategy, and to translate their strategy into Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP). The SEP is broken down into action items with specific deliverables, responsible persons and timeframes. These are incorporated into employees’ performance contracts.

Social Labour plan

Our services cover all four elements of the SLP – HR, HRD, LED and Procurement. We assist our clients with compilation, public participation processes and submissions to The Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE). We provide assistance with Sections 93 and 27 directives from the DMRE.

Project Management

Mining companies approach us for managing ad-hoc special projects such as the review of implementation of the Mineral Council’s Women in Mining Guidelines implementation at member mines, and the ESOPS benchmarking exercise for Palabora Mining Company. We work with our clients to enhance their Local Economic Development (LED) strategies.
